Why shall we address to the court?

Courts are one of the means that you may use to re-establish your rights. GENDERDOC-M Centre has chosen as one of its strategies – proceedings related to violation of LGBT rights, offences based on hatred, hate speeches, incitement to violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Court decisions and fair punishment of the guilty ones are very important for preventing similar offences in the future.
